Barre

Barre is a low impact toning workout with body weight lifting.

This workout will focus on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment and core your muscles.
This class will leave you feeling lean, toned and strong with a nice posture.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow form of yoga focusing on hip & chest openers, an overall full body stretch. Yin is different then vinyasa where we hold each pose for much longer, anywhere between 3-5 minutes to open and loosen all those tight spots, as well as emotional healing, which we tend to hold in our joints.

This class will leave you feeling stretched, confident and bright.

 

Pilates

Pilates is a mat based workout working on all regions of your core.

The goal of Pilates is to target and work those muscles if yours you don’t naturally engage in your regular day to day activity.


This class will leave you feeling a nice sore core reminding you about your workout for the next 2 days.

Strength Training

Strength Training will increase your muscle strength with resistance training, using body weights or free weights. Equipment used: weights, resistance bands, weighted balls and cardio intervals to give you an intense workout following a rep based format.

Cardio sculpt is a full body workout , combining Pilates, barre, strength training and cardio.

Abs, Arms & HIIT

This workout is exactly the way it sounds! We go to max capacity torching your abs with intense core work, your arms and shoulders with all types of weights, push-ups and planks, then some saucy cardio to round up the workout!

This class will leave you feeling exhausted and maxed out, while enjoying some extra bursts of energy on your way out.

Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are aligned with your breath work. There is no specific standard format to yoga so the intensity will depend on the teachers choice that day.

This class will leave you feeling stretched and rejuvenated physically and emotionally.
